Driving Simulation

September 7th, 2008 | By Jay McGrath

Most golfers will use the driving range to see how their game is developing and get some much needed practice prior to a round of golf. What the majority of these golfers don’t do is practice consistently enough to improve on their games. Without this practice they will be disappointed with their scores since they are not improving.

“To play well you have to feel tranquil and at peace. I have never felt troubled by nerves in golf because I felt I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.” -Harry Vardon

To have this sense of peace consistency in your stroke and confidence in it are necessities. Without these feelings it is difficult to not have nerves throughout your round. With a golf driving range mat practice can be had out back and you can simulate anything from driving to pitching with limited flight balls and the golf practice mat.
